My Orders
Our custom lab grown diamond engagement rings and jewelry are made to order and typically take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship. This timeframe allows us to carefully select the perfect diamond based on your specifications and craft your piece with meticulous attention to detail. For platinum settings or more complex custom designs, the process may take up to 4 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process and notify you as soon as your piece is ready to ship.
Absolutely! Once you place your order, we'll keep you informed throughout the entire process. Once your jewelry is completed and ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking email with detailed shipping information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Yes! We offer custom engraving services for most of our jewelry pieces. Popular engraving options include anniversary dates and special dates, initials and names, short meaningful phrases, and coordinates of special locations. Please note that engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Contact us during your order process to discuss engraving options for your piece.

Your jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival with multiple layers of protection: Each piece is placed in a beautiful jewelry box with protective padding, fully insured shipping with all orders covered by comprehensive insurance protection, signature confirmation requiring adult signature upon delivery for security, trackable delivery with email notifications, and discreet packaging with no external markings indicating jewelry contents for security.
While rare, if your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately . We'll arrange for immediate replacement or repair at no cost to you. All shipments are fully insured, so you're completely protected.
Since our jewelry is made to order, the primary timeframe is the 2-3 week creation process. Once your piece is completed, we can arrange expedited shipping if you need faster delivery. For urgent deadlines, please contact us when placing your order - we may be able to prioritize your piece depending on our current production schedule.
